East Riding Libraries Launch New Business & IP Centres
Entrepreneurs and small businesses in The East Riding of Yorkshire celebrated the launch of their new Business & IP Centres opening in Beverley Library, Bridlington Central Library and Goole Library.
The launch event in Beverley Library was attended by 24 people, who were impressed with the range of resources available and will be coming back in their own time to explore them further.

East Riding College has announced that their Principal Mike Welsh will retire in Spring 2022. During his 4 and-a-half years in the post, Mike led the College through a very successful merger with TEC Partnership and raised quality and standards, achieving a Good OfSTED rating.
Further Fines For Multiple Littering Offences Committed In Hull
A further 16 people have been convicted of littering offences committed in Hull, with fines and costs amounting to £6,210.
The convictions come after individuals failed to pay fixed penalty notices, issued in June of this year and obtained in November.

East Riding of Yorkshire Council is inviting residents to provide their views to the Council on climate change in the East Riding through an interactive online questionnaire.
Residents will be able to use an interactive map of East Riding to highlight locations where there are opportunities for further positive climate action and express any opinions about climate change more generally through a series of questions.
