Police are appealing for witnesses after an 88-year-old Beverley woman was killed in a road traffic accident at Inglefields Close, Beverley earlier today. The woman was in a collision with a silver Vauxhall Corsa on Inglefields Close at 9.55am on Monday, and despite the best efforts of medics and police, later died of her injuries at Hull Royal Infirmary.
