The Barn House in Walkington is hosting a night of live music this month, when local musicians will be showcasing their talent at the venue’s first Open Mic Night on the 12th October. The event has been organised by Beverley musician Laura Douse, vocalist of the band Sea of Wires. Laura Says:
Saska Hunt from Beverley has been given the big thumbs up by judges at the Open Mic UK auditions. Along with other impressive acts, Saska has made it through to the Regional Finals and will now be performing at the live stages of Open Mic UK 2012.
