Bridlington South Beach has been granted FIVB (Fédération Internationale de Volleyball) status and recognised as a national hub for GoSpike Beach Volleyball by Volleyball England.

Six Drug Warrants Executed During Operation Windsor

Last week in Hull we launched Operation Windsor in response to Heroin use in the city, with six Misuse of Drug act warrants being executed at properties in the city, resulting in Heroin being seized, four people being charged with drug offences and two further people released under investigation while enquiries continue.

The operation is a new initiative to divert Heroin users into support, deter them from crime that funds their habit and targeting enforcement activity on the organised crime groups.

Lorna Caddy, 38, of Main Street, Great Hatfield, failed to appear at Beverley Magistrates on Wednesday, 26 April where she was facing a charge under the Microchipping of Dogs (England) Regulations 2015, which came into force in April last year.
