New Paths Music has cancelled their Spring Music Festival as a result of the COVID-19 Pandemic.
Organisers of the event which was due to place in Beverley next month they said the health of their volunteers, performance and audience was paramount to their decision.

The Liberal Democrats have seen of the Conservatives as they held onto a seat in the Beverley Town Council By-Election.
A high turn out of just under 30pc saw the Liberal Democrats comfortably win the seat with a majority of 146. As a result of the poll, David Tucker was elected in the St Mary’s East.

New for 2020, Coastal Farmers Markets are coming to Bridlington on the third Saturday of every month, starting on Saturday, 21 March.
Located on the South Promenade between the RNLI building and Bridlington Spa, and open from 9am – 2pm, the Farmers Markets will feature a large number of local food, beverage and craft stalls. Entry will be free.
