The school in Beverley was awarded the money as part of the Bags of Help incentive. Following a vote by shoppers at the Morton Lane store, the school were named winners in the 2019 March / April draw.
Local housebuilder, Barratt Developments Yorkshire East, which includes the Barratt Homes and David Wilson Homes brands, supported 12 charities in 2019.
In all, they have donated £12,000 to support causes close to the hearts of its team members as part of its ongoing Community Fund scheme.
