The Barn House in Walkington is hosting a night of live music this month, when local musicians will be showcasing their talent at the venue’s first Open Mic Night on the 12th October. The event has been organised by Beverley musician Laura Douse, vocalist of the band Sea of Wires. Laura Says:

Beverley Town continued their pre season with a 1 – 0 win over the Barrel Walkington. Town play their football in the Humber Premier League and would have expected to walk this game though almost fell behind
