£2.6 Million Charlton House Development Completed

A new affordable housing project has recently been completed in Beverley with tenants set to get their hands on the keys within the next month.

The 4-storey high building on Chantry Lane, Beverley offers 16 attractive flats with a parking space for each flat. The innovative development – named Charlton House – was constructed using trusted modern methods of construction with the overall structure being a timber frame.

The trial, which starts from Monday, 10 May, will see the area between The Grapes pub and the King’s Head pedestrianised to create an area where people can socially distance, as well as providing an opportunity for outdoor seating areas.
