East Yorkshire Cross Country League ‘Race 5 Welton’

The penultimate race in the East Yorkshire Cross Country League took place at Welton last Sunday.  Over a hundred athletes from local running clubs tackled a very muddy 5-mile course through Welton Dale. Beverley AC Perform Well in Ferriby 10

Last Sunday’s Ferriby 10 was designated as Beverley AC’s first handicap race of 2010 and 29 athletes from the club joined the 500-strong field to tackle the challenging 10-mile course which starts and finishes at Skidby Mill. Charlie Culpan, Jayne Dale and Andy Tate from Beverley Athletic Club travelled to Catterick Garrison recently to compete in the 2009 Paras’ 10 challenge.
