Pearson Claims Third at Chester

Beverley Walkers Complete Gruelling 100 Mile Challenge

This year’s Mucky Duck 8½ mile race attracted a record entry and 229 runners completed the challenging multi-terrain course around Driffield last Sunday. The fourth annual Brathay Windermere Marathon took place last Sunday and 9 brave athletes from Beverley Athletic Club tackled the challenging 26.2 mile course around Lake Windermere. Hundreds of people turned out in Beverley on Sunday to watch the annual 10k road race organised by Beverley Athletic Club.  A record 1089 runners completed the testing course in cool and damp conditions.
