Over 100 people attended a special party at the Millers Day Centre in Beverley to celebrate the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee. The indoor street party was organised by the Friends of Millers featured a live band called Dark Moon and disco.
The East Riding County Choir held another impressive concert at Beverley Minster. Supported by The East Riding Sinfonia led by Patricia Mitchell, the choir directed by Alan Spedding performed Lux Aeterna and Brahms ‘A German Requiem
