With a prestigious East Yorkshire development added to its rapidly-growing client base in 2022, Hull-based Pure Block Management ended the year on a high.
As part of Risby Homes’ Westcote Fold development near Cave Castle Hotel and Country Club in South Cave, the firm has taken over the management of six cottages.
As well as maintaining the development’s private roads and car parks, it will handle service charge management and other financial and legal property management issues on behalf of the owners.
After a restructuring of Yorkshire property specialist Garness Group in April, Pure Block Management was formed as a stand-alone company.
The company has since won new contracts for developments across the region, including Samman House in Hull city centre, Mentone House in Hessle and Scruton’s Park Lane development in Cottingham.
Pure Block Management director Liam Parker said: “We’re delighted that the owners of Westcote Fold have chosen us to manage their development.
“It rounded off a very successful first year as a stand-alone business within Garness Group, in which we grew our client base through new contracts both with large developers and smaller, independent freeholders and leaseholders who like the expertise, flexibility and responsive service we offer.
“We’re looking forward to working with all our existing partners and welcoming more new clients in 2023.”
