‘An owner who exudes pride and passion in the dishes he serves’
Our good friends initially recommended this venue….four visits later I can honestly state it’s still as good as the very first visit. Excellent food, knowledgeable staff and an owner who exudes pride and passion in the dishes he serves all make for a winning combination. Highly recommended!
Whatever they are doing at Maa Indian Restaurant is certainly working. Another reviewer who has relocated to East Yorkshire from London wrote;
Our very first time at this restaurant since moving from London. Have been very disappointed on local Indian restaurants in Hornsea so decided to venture further afield, not too far about 11 miles. We were not disappointed at all.
The restaurant had a lovely atmosphere and waiters were very helpful and friendly, not hovering over you 5 minutes after giving you the menus. Food was excellent, the taste wasn’t overpowered by heat but spices were tasted to perfection.
Lovely size portions and not swimming in oil. Rice was cooked to perfection. We will certainly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a lovely flavourful Indian meal and will be returning in the very near future.
Maa Indian Restaurant is located on Ladygate and is open every day from 5.30PM till late. To make a booking or to view the menu please visit www.maaindianrestaurant.co.uk
