Members of local clubs, Beverley Town Football Club, Hodgsons FC and Molescroft Rangers united as they remembered their former team mate Scott Vickers.
Held at Longcroft School, the teams were joined by Scott’s family members who led the sides onto the pitch.

Mill Lane United were beaten by Hope Pole B at Longcroft School. United looked to be in control of the game and when Scott Vickers extended their lead with a left foot volley just before half time they looked like they would win easily. The Eager Beaver beat AFC Tickton 4 – 1 as they continued their build up to the new season. On target for the Beavers were Rob West with two goals, Liam Madden and Scott Vickers netted one each.
