Roll up, roll up for a fun-filled half term as Beverley’s Flemingate Centre gets ready to host a circus extravaganza packed with interactive entertainment for all ages.
Running from Tuesday, October 29 to Saturday, November 2, the family-friendly programme of magic, illusion, amazing sights, thrills and laughs will make it a half term to remember with activities including circus skills workshops, magic shows, traditional circus attractions and street performances.
The UK’s first double-decker inflatable theme park has opened at Beverley’s Flemingate centre, marking a major milestone in the development of East Yorkshire’s fastest-growing retail and leisure destination.

John Dixon Hart, 53 of Keldgate, Beverley and owner of Beverley Guest House, formerly known as Minster Garth Guest House, appeared at Beverley Magistrates Court on Wednesday, 19 July where he pleaded guilty to charges of advertising and running a guest house below the minimum standards expected by consumers as well as one charge of using misleading adverts to suggest the guesthouse was of four-star standard.
Plans for a Yorkshire Harbour and Marina in Bridlington are progressing well, with the council and Bridlington Harbour Commissioners bidding for funding from Central Government’s Local Growth Fund to help the area’s economic growth.
