Mayor of Beverley Bessie Foot hosted a Civic Dinner at The Tickton Grange Hotel. Guests included David Rudd, Kerri Harrold, Duncan Jack, Paul Brusby, Bryan Pearson, Brian Brookes and Rev Jeremy Fletcher. The Masons held a Ladies Night at the Masonic Hall, Beverley to acknowledge the support given by the ladies in their lives. Around 120 people attended the evening which included a Thai meal provided by the local restaurant the Siam Star. Visitors to Beverley’s second Armed Forces Day were richly entertained in Saturday Market. There was a whole host of stalls and attractions for all the family throughout the day, with camouflage face painting especially popular for youngsters.
