Graham was first elected as the MP for Beverley and Holderness in 2005 with a majority of 2,580. In the 2010 election he won 47.1 per cent of the vote, and increased his majority to 12,987. At the General Election of 2015 he was re-elected with a majority of 12,203. Most recently Graham took a huge 58 per cent of the vote in the General Election in June 2017, increasing his majority to 14,000.Graham Stuart MP Rolls Up His Sleeves At Beverley Men In Sheds Project
Graham Stuart, MP for Beverley and Holderness, took the opportunity to visit Beverley Men in Sheds – one of three similar projects combatting social isolation in his constituency.
With other projects in Withernsea and Hornsea, the Beverley branch runs in Oldroyd’s Corner inside Beverley Garden Centre. The purpose of the Shed is for older men (and women) to connect while taking part in activities that are often similar to those of garden sheds up and down the country.
