Site Manager Paul Lambert celebrates a hat trick of wins, after being announced as a recipient of this year’s NHBC Pride in the Job Awards; for the third consecutive year.

The Peter Ward Homes’ site manager was one of 450 site managers from across the UK to win a Quality Award in this year’s NHBC’s Pride in the Job Awards, having also won it for his work at Old College, Beverley, in 2019 and 2020.

Petrol Station And Business Units To Regenerate Derelict Site

A Beverley-based developer is in final discussions with potential operators for a project to create a petrol station, convenience store and business units after councillors welcomed the proposals.

Lovel Capital Projects, part of Lovel Property Holdings Ltd, will now work on details of the scheme to transform the site in Killingwoldgraves Lane, on the outskirts of Beverley, which is the former home of Teckno Developments, a wallpaper and fabric pattern books manufacturer which was destroyed by fire in 2009.
