Humberside Police are appealing to the public for information relating to an assault in Beverley that was a result of road rage.
In a statement released police say a man was left with a broken nose following an altercation between two drivers.
James Westmoreland Forced To Retire From Second Race
Beverley’s James Westmoreland competed in round two of the British Superbike Championship (BSB) on board the Gearlink Kawasaki ZX-10R around the Brands Hatch Indy Circuit in Kent.
He will start from twenty third and last on the grid as he did not set a time during qualifying.

Beverley Theatre Company Presents RolePlay, A Brilliant Comedy By Alan Ayckbourn
Playwright Alan Ayckbourn’s superb comedy RolePlay comes to Beverley later this month. It is a welcome return to Yorkshire having debuted at the Stephen Joseph Theatre in Scarborough in 2001.
It focuses on ill-matched couple Justin and Julie-Ann preparing for a dinner party in their London Docklands flat on a stormy night.
Overnight Road Improvements At Willerby Square Roundabout
East Riding of Yorkshire Council is to improve the high friction surfacing and road markings at Willerby Square roundabout, and also on all the approach roads.
The works are programmed to start on Monday, 24 April, 2017 and will take four nights to complete. The working hours will be 19:00 – 05:00.
