The third Folk in the Field festival takes place on June 30 at The Playing Fields, Station Road, Shiptonthorpe.

East Riding of Yorkshire Council has confirmed that the bridge across the Dutch River at Rawcliffe Bridge, which has been closed to traffic since October, will reopen to cars only from Thursday 29 March.

All Ride is an adapted bike scheme for people over the age of five which has been set up along the North Promenade in Bridlington. The scheme offers people with disabilities or mobility issues, as well as their family and carers, the opportunity to take part in cycling.
