A man from Hull has been fined £400 by East Riding of Yorkshire Council for dumping bags of rubbish in Melton, near Brough.

The man admitted adding to a pile a fly-tipping by leaving further bags of waste at the side of the road in Brickyard Lane, Melton. This is a site which is frequently targeted by fly-tippers.
