Friends of Molescroft Raise Cash For School By Staging 80s Night

Friends of Molescroft held an 80s event on the Molescroft Primary School playing field as they looked to fund raise for the schools planned Innervation Centre.

Speaking about the event Neil Theobald from the Friends of Molescroft said;

“Due to the success of the schools 40th birthday party in the park last year the Friends of Molescroft School decided again to hold a similar event this year but this time with an 80s theme.”

“People attending were encouraged to come in fancy dress and bring along gazebos and picnics and they didn’t fail to impress.”

“We had a live band “Rubix Cube” playing 80’s hits all night in the large marquee.”

“There was a stilt walker, bouncy castles, bouncy slides, fun fair games, food, ice-creams and a sweet stall everyone really enjoyed the night.”

“All the money raised will now go towards purchasing a brand new Innervation Centre that the school is hoping to set up over the coming months.”
