Beverley Firm Reviving Rank In Hull City Of Culture

The sound of a giant gong marked the completion of a unique renovation project, paying homage to the opening titles of Rank Film Corporation. The birthplace of British film maker J. Arthur Rank in Hull, re-opened its doors to provide affordable homes for local people as part of an Empty Homes Initiative.

As project managers, chartered building surveyors, Delaney Marling Partnership (DMP) advise not-for-profit company, Probe every step of the way, both prior to and during the refurbishment of the Rank house, a property which had become a blight on the local landscape. The house has been renovated into four multiple occupancy apartments and now represents regeneration, in preparation of the UK City of Culture 2017.
