Heroes Weekend At Tesco Raises Over £1000 For Cancer Research UK

Tesco’s Beverley store, together with all other Tesco stores in the UK, held a ‘Heroes’ themed charity fundraiser last weekend to raise funds for Cancer Research UK, Tesco’s charity of the year. Staff from the Morton Lane store dressed as a variety of superheroes and were locked inside the Tesco prison until sufficient money was raised to free them!

Fortunately our generous customers donated a fantastic £1187 over the weekend and so our heroes escaped to fight another day!
