MP’s New Homes Visit In Beverley

A flurry of reservations and the unveiling of its first completed street scene has meant plenty to celebrate at ’ East Yorkshire development.

Former Mayor of Beverley, Cllr Peter Astell, was joined recently by schoolchildren and an invited audience to cut the ribbon to commemorate the new vista at St Nicholasgate – with the development creating a buzz around Beverley.

And the development has attracted even more attention, with a latest visit by Beverley and Holderness .

Mr Stuart was the guest of Linden Homes managing director Ian Hessay at the development, to see for himself the range of family homes currently available as well as having the chance to chat to existing residents.

Ian said:

“The development has been receiving a lot of attention lately, and quite rightly so.”

“The street scene is the latest in the development’s progress, and we have a new show home opening later this summer.”

“We have been delighted to welcome high profile local guests to St Nicholasgate to demonstrate Linden Homes’ commitment to providing new homes for the area.”

Once complete, St Nicholasgate will boast 130 new homes through a mix of two-, three- and four-bedroom styles to appeal to everyone from single first-time purchasers to growing families.

Homes are currently priced from £149,950 to £249,950 and Linden Homes is offering a range of incentives at the development, including Part Exchange and the Linden Assist scheme to help those moving home.

The show home and sales and marketing suite are open daily from 10.30am to 5.00pm. Alternatively, contact the sales team on 01482 863711.

These new homes are located close to the historic town centre at Beverley, just eight miles north of Hull and within easy commuting distance of Grimsby, York and destinations along the M62.

There are a host of useful shops and amenities close to home, too, and it’s not far from St Nicholasgate to the Yorkshire coastline or to the North York Moors National Park.
