You can burn 600 – 900 calories in a one-hour class.

All levels of fitness can take the same class. You 100% control your own intensity. The work-out is both aerobic and anaerobic and it is easy to push harder as you are compelled to stay with the beat of the . It’s almost like dancing on a bike!

Coby Kemp, senior assistant facility manager, said:

“Indoor cycling tones muscles and can seriously shape the body and take off inches in a short amount of time. It relieves stress and increases energy! We want all our customers to benefit from the new additions to our indoor cycle programme.”
