Club Thanks Stores For Fashion Show Support

Beverley RUFC Fashion night is fast approaching and models and players were last night at The for the practice night.

Phil Rann who is one of the event organisers said;

“Everyone is very excited about the big night, many have worked very hard to make it happen.

“A big thanks must go out to all of the boutiques,The Fairy Godmothers, Kenneddi Boutique, OSKA, ROJO and  without whom the fashion show could not take place.”

“We at Beverley RUFC hope that this is just a small start in a much wider interaction with the community with our club.”

“It is our aim to roll out a programme of community based activities and we are actively seeking to put back into our town.”

“With the help and generosity of the community we are looking to make the town we all love into an even better place.”

  1. Well Done Phil Rann!
    I always did think of Phil as a Fashion Guru but now that he has hit the big time he will have to be very careful what he says, not that Phil would insult Adel by suggesting that she lost a few pounds as Karl Lagerfeld did and I am sure that he would never become involved in a racist situation like John Galliano but the media world will now have him under the microscope watching for any slip-up!
    He must also be very careful how he seats people when the show is staged at Beaver Park, I saw last week that the famous singer, songwriter, dancer and actress: Pixie Lott walked out of a show because she was not on the front row, now I am not saying that a mistake like that would happen at the club (although if I was in charge of seating it might as I have never bloody heard of her) because I am sure that Phil knows all the movers and shakers but there are lots of traps that he must be wary of, one word of warning Phil: do not be tempted to model any of the creations yourself, catwalks are not for you.
