Swinemoor Primary School were pleased to welcome Mrs. High and Mrs. White from the Beverley Decorative and Fine Arts Society today.
The Society have generously supported a detailed arts project which focused on portraiture and the Victorian era.
The work encompassed photography, sculpture, painting, literature and the main focus of the Society’s sponsorship, printing.
Swinemoor School’s Art Coordinator Mrs. Bleazard said ‘The generous sponsorship the Society has provided has been a great help. It has enabled the children to work with professional artists and create work well in advance of what would normally be expected for their age. We are very grateful.’
