Steve and Kay Farrow invited friends and family to their home in Beverley for farewell drinks this weekend.
The couple are set to leave the UK to live and work in Mauritius.
Kay, the press officer for Beverley Athletic Club, has been a major figure in organising some of the biggest sporting events in this area, such as the Beverley 10k and the Walkington 10k running races. She has also been a major contributor to HU17.net, submitting a number of reports and stories over the past twelve months.
Kay will continue her role as press officer for the Beverley AC. She plans to write her reports on the beach!
We certainly wish them safe a journey and every success as they enter a new chapter in their lives.
