Mill Lane United had players missing Bobby Collins was still sidelined with Terry Jackson playing with slight injury. Players returning included Danny Mac and Danny Cattle to help booster the side.
Mill Lane United proved too good for Gilberdyke a string of world class saves from Adam Parode and goals from skipper Jackson and Cattle were enough to secure the points as Mill Lane United won 2 – 0.
