Boxercise is a form of cross training; it combines use of both aerobic and anaerobic energy systems. Beverley Leisure Complex provides three weekly boxercise classes which are all lead by fully qualified instructors. Boxercise will not only help your overall fitness but the techniques used will help you with balance, hand eye co ordination and timing.
Classes at the Beverley Leisure Complex last for 45 minutes which includes a warm up and warm down. Working in pairs you will learn a series of eight punches that will be used in a variety of drills as part of the workout.
