Buyers rushed to reserve properties as the launch of Beal Homes’ latest development, St John’s Fold. It saw most of the first release of houses sold in the opening weekend.
As a result of the launch, nine out of the first 13 homes made available at St John’s Fold in Beverley were snapped up by house-hunters.
Featuring a selection of 55 three and four bedroom homes in 12 different house styles, St John’s Fold has generated high demand. Almost 200 people attended the launch event at the weekend at Beal’s headquarters.

Prices in the first release start from £249,995 for a three bedroom Pickering home. Four bedroom properties at St. John’s Fold include the detached Langdale, starting from £314,995.
As well as viewing details of the first phase of the development, visitors were also able to experience Beal’s Customer Selections Studio.
