Sally-Ann Rena says she is excited by the news and is urging anyone who thinks they have what it takes to wow the judges to come forward and book an audition.
Commenting on the news, Sally said;
“We are excited and proud to announce that producers at Thames TV will be returning to Armstrongs on the evening of Friday 20 April to watch hopefuls from the area audition for the popular ITV show.”
“After the huge season last year un-earthing really authentic singers and groups such as Grace Davies and Rak-Su, this year is going to be even better.”
“We urge people who have a singing talent to come forward and audition , with success stories from both X factor and Britain’s got talent including our special guest Samantha Atkinson .”
“Samantha made it all the way to judges houses in 2016, she has very generously given up her time to come and sing for us which will be a real treat.”
Starting at 7.30PM the clb will be welcoming audience members to come and watch at what willbe the the first time an auditions night has been held on a weekend .
“We have a great team here at Armstrongs to give you the best chance to impress – it really is an opportunity on your doorstep.”
“X Factor is a family show so we are happy to let children over the age of 8 with an accompanying adult in to watch the auditions.”
“We ask for courtesy and respect from the audience at all times for the acts as it is pretty nerve-wracking singing in front of a large audience.”
“There will be a door entry of £2 for adults and £1 for children (entry can be refused at any time), it will be first come first serve for seats and doors will open at 6.30PM.”
