There is still a huge misconception among women that lifting weights will make you ‘look like a man’ and you will develop huge muscles. This is a total fallacy. Unless you train 6 hours a day, 6 days a week and take steroids then this will simply not happen.

The reason for this is, women have far lower testosterone levels and their genetic make up and simply are not designed to gain lots of muscle mass. What will happen is you will drop body fat and tone your body gaining a more athletic look.
