Hull City's James Chester Visits Swinemoor School

Students at Swinemoor Primary School have enjoyed an sporty afternoon that ended with the visit of a professional footballer.

who plays for City and described on the club web site as ‘one of City’s most prized assets’ gave a talk to children about his life as a footballer answering questions about diet, team mates and how he became a footballer.

James told children that his role models included Roy Keene when he was a lad of playing an more recently Rio Ferdinand and Nemanja Vidic as they play the position.

Starting his career at before moving to , he said that this season one of his toughest games was against Lesciester City.

, Literacy & PE Coordinator at Swinemoor Primary School said;

“This is as a result of some project work the children did, regarding the professional game, which will be published on the Hull City Football Club official website.”

“We are very grateful to the club and James Chester for taking the to visit the school.”

The visit certainly brought smiles to the children’s faces, especially when James said the most famous player he had ever met was Cristiano Ronaldo!
