Bus company East Yorkshire has announced that from 5 September it will be revamping its Beverley and Hornsea buses to create more opportunities for travel in the towns.
The improvements, which are the biggest shake-up of buses in the area for several years, will include two new services around Beverley, plus a new link to allow Hornsea residents to get directly to Castle Hill Hospital without having to change buses.
Hull-based bus company EYMS has announced that at the end of May it will be making its Beverley bus services better, in the biggest shake-up of buses in the area in decades.
Due to the cycle race in Beverley, buses will be unable to access the Bus Station from 5.00pm until midnight. Buses will depart from alternative bus stops as shown below:

Residents of Butterfly Meadows in Beverley held a street party to celebrate the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee. With the street decked out in red, white and blue neighbours came together to enjoy food, drink and games.
