Beverley and Holderness MP, Graham Stuart, has secured a meeting with Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Transport, Norman Baker, to put the case for a new bypass. A stunned teacher looked on in horror as his pet Labrador survived a bad break after crashing through ice on a frozen loch.
