The is returning for a 26th year on Sunday, 11 December and will feature a variety of festive entertainment and activities including the Yorkshire Oompah Band (Friday 4pm – 6pm). Also on hand will be local school choirs, carol singers, and surprises.

It will be a great opportunity to purchase early Christmas presents and celebrate the finest produce that East Yorkshire’s local businesses have to offer.

Every day at 9.45am, Beverley Racecourse will also offer a free Park and Ride service. Beverley’s last bus back to Beverley Racecourse departs at 6.30pm. Buses are expected to run every 20 minutes.

East Riding of Yorkshire Council portfolio holder for economic investment, growth and tourism, Jane Evison, said:

“I am delighted that the Made in East Yorkshire Christmas Market will return again to Beverley this year. It is a terrific offering of entertainment, food, drink and also crafts as we build up to the Festival of Christmas on Sunday.”

“Last year showed there is an appetite in Beverley to support these events and we have decided to run the market for three days to allow residents to come down and visit the local businesses which have taken up stalls this year.”

“Not everyone will be able to make the Festival of Christmas event so this market really does extend that Christmas spirit into the week prior.”
