Officers investigating an attempted burglary in the area of Main Street and Little Weighton Road, Skidby on Sunday 8 November are appealing for help in identifying the occupants of two cars to assist with the investigation.
It is reported that on Wednesday 4 November at 4:50pm, a white Mercedes C220 AMG line, distinctive due to its chrome features being sprayed black, was seen to drive past an address a number of times before driving off.
Later that week, Sunday 8 November at 5.15pm, three men were seen to jump out of a silver Mazda 3 series (with a rear bumper reflector and white stickers on the bottom corners of both front windows) and try to break into the same property with weapons.
Both vehicles are very distinctive in appearance. Humberside Police are asking the owners to come forward to assist with our enquiries.
