Beverley Town Football Club boss Richard Jagger says he is confident the club can win some silverware this season.

Speaking to HU17.net he an upbeat Jagger said;
“Reckitts are a good side I fully expect them to be bang on it. They are a club that is going through a transition period while they also have a really good coach there.”
“We will certainly have to be on our game. We have had a good pre-season so will be going into the game with plenty of confidence.”
“Our aim this season is to make a title challenge or win a cup. We have got our eyes firmly focused on winning something this year.”
“Winning the league will be tough. There is some good competition out there. LIV has made some good signings bringing in some experienced players from the North East Counties.”
“Westella have also made some good signings during the summer. Walkington has also strengthened, so it is going to be a really competitive season.”
“That said we are no mugs and given our pre-season we will certainly be up there.”
