Looking Forward To Latest Instalment Of BE.THE.CHANGE

Rebecca Bennett says she is looking forward to the fourth BE.THE.CHANGE event.

Ms Bennett is promising those who go a night to remember as she pulls out all the stops for the glamorous fundraiser.

To date, thanks her efforts almost £20,000 has been raised for a number of causes. Following on from her previous years, Ms Bennett has given the night a theme.

Her signature event, taking place at will also be supported by professional dancers.

Speaking to HU17.net Ms Bennett said;

“I am looking forward to the event because every year we have had incredible support for the cause. We also have a great time.”

“I feel very proud to be part of the event. It is about raising awareness for the fantastic charity Ovarian Cancer Action. Furthermore, everyone gets very dressed up and we party all evening.”

“Alongside raising awareness and money for Ovarian Cancer Action  we are giving a donation to a little girl called Emma.”

“She is three years old and is a very sweet and brave little girl who was diagnosed with cerebral palsy when she was younger.”

“Her parents are doing a lot of fundraising and have a charity page called Emma’s wish. This page has raised a lot of money to allow her to have the operation.”

“She has just had the operation which will allow her to walk independently without the use of her frame.”

“But aftercare and also physiotherapy is expensive.  Emma’s father Jon Smyth will be representing us at the this year. As a result of this, we thought it would be great if he could run for Ovarian Cancer Action plus for Emma’s wish.”

“We want to help in any way possible for Emma.”

BE.THE.CHANGE Will Again Feature Top Quality Live Entertainment

Live acts for the night which will have Moulin Rouge theme include the Can Can that will be performed by students from NAPA dance school.  

There will also be other routines performed by professionals in the industry. Local performer will also be singing.

Tickets for the event which takes place on 16 March are priced at just £30 and include a three-course meal. Anyone wishing to purchase tickets can do so by emailing  b_rebecca@hotmail.co.uk
