Pupils at St Nicholas Primary School in Beverley from the year groups 5 & 6 participated in a World War II Day.
Staff and pupils dressed in costumes from the period before enjoying a range of activities and classes that focused on topics related to this period in history.
Held every two years, the day forms part of the pupils history courses they are currently studying learning about key events such as the Battle of Britain.
