Beverley Braves under 10s faced Skirlaugh and put in some fantastic effort. The youngsters struggled through the first half, but came to grips in the second half with some great play.

 Both conversions were taken and scored by Connor McCabe and Harry Jarvis, which earned Beverley some well deserved points.

The players who stood out in the match for great effort, attack, and defense were: Harrison Adams; Matthew Scaife; Ben Shrimpton; Miles Renshaw; Liam Richardson; Connor McCabe; Joe Braithwaite; and Alfie Bradley.

At the end of the match, Beverley’s team tackle count was a huge 55! And the man of the match was Matthew Scaife.
