RICS Hull & East Yorkshire Local Association (HEYLA) is running its annual CPD event on Wednesday the 10 May at KCOM Stadium. The event is aimed at professionals in property who would like the opportunity to network with like-minded professionals over breakfast, training and lunch.

RICS aims to make these events inexpensive and informative and consisting of three sessions, such as CDM 2015, Dilapidations and Cost Reinstatement, to help attendees keep their skills and knowledge up to date, relevant, competent and competitive within their field of work.

Tickets to the event are £30, covering the cost of breakfast, lunch and refreshments. In previous years the event has sold out, and so it is advised that those who wish to attend book soon to avoid disappointment.

Local chartered building surveyor, from Delaney Marling Partnership is a member of the Hull and East Yorkshire Association who helps to organise such events. He says:

“HEYLA’s annual morning and networking event is always very popular in the local property sector, providing a great opportunity for wide range of professionals for varied backgrounds to meet and network with people they may not usually encounter.”

“The added benefit for RICS members and fellow professionals attending is the contribution it makes to their Continuing Professional Development (CPD). Those operating in the property sector are required to update training on an annual basis, as part of the professional membership. These events always offer an array of training, guidance and education in land, property and construction.”
