Police are seeking witnesses after a 48-year-old Walkington man sadly died in a road traffic collision last night (Friday 31 March).
They were called at 7.04pm by a passing motorist reporting a red Honda VTR in a field beside the road at Walkington Head, Walkington.
Emergency services attended and the rider was pronounced dead at the scene.
The rider’s family are now being supported by specially trained officers.
Humberside Police would like to speak to anyone who witnessed the motorcycle leaving the road at around 7pm or anyone who saw the motorcycle prior to the collision as it was being ridden towards Walkington.
