Loyal Royalist Beverlonians can drink a toast to their monarch at Beverley Minster this Friday (June 10th).
The Minster is hosting a special ‘Discover’ event from 5.30-7.30pm on that day to which everyone is invited. There will be tours of the building, live music and wine, along with a special birthday cake to mark Queen Elizabeth’s official birth day.
There will also be the opportunity to sing ‘Happy Birthday’ in recognition of the special occasion which is also being celebrated at St Paul’s Cathedral on the same day.
Admission is free and the invitation is open to everyone who would also like to relax in the Minster at the end of a busy week.
