Beverley Racecourse Win Top Award For Catering Services

Beverley Racecourse are celebrating after they scooped a top award for their catering services.

Now in their fifth year, the National Racecourse Catering Awards held a glitzy night at Newmarket Racecourse back in October where courses around the country are judged in a number of categories.

Beverley Racecourse walked away with two awards, including the prestigious Catering Excellence Award.

The Racecourse Catering section included seven awards; Best fine dining experience, best casual dining experience, best fast food

mobile experience, best bar, best wine list, best new catering concept and the judges’ catering excellence award.

Kate McKee, Marketing Executive at Beverley Racecourse said;

“We entered Beverley Racecourse into four categories. All four entries were shortlisted with wins in the Best Casual Dining Experience for Cleverley’s and the big one, the judges’ Catering Excellence award.”

“We also had success with our entry for the best food supplier to a racecourse which was picked up by Bradford based Delifresh, a specialist supplier of fresh produce and delicatessen products, many of which we regularly use at Beverley Racecourse.”

Sponsored by Moet et Chandon the night was attended by a great selection of the country’s finest racecourses, caterers and suppliers.
