An Aley Good Start To The Festive Season

BEVERLEY REAL ALE FESTIVAL : A Pie Is Born, Cheers To That!

The Christmas Real Ale Festival is back and will be again taking place at Beaver Park on the 21st and 22nd of November.

Since Octobers sell out festival at the Beverley Memorial Hall tickets have been selling fast for the Christmas Festival and with a little over two weeks to go festival organisers are hoping that this year’s Christmas festival offers beer and cider lovers the perfect start to the festive season.

Again after the success of the October festival, Andrew Jones Pies will again be stepping up as the main festival sponsor and their excellent pies will be again on sale along with great festival food from the Rugby Club.

Along with the great selection of ales, ciders and festival food there will be live music on the Friday and Saturday nights and back by popular demand, there will be special traditional mulled cider.

With the Christmas festival being a slightly smaller event than the main October one organisers are again expecting another sell out for both the Friday and Saturday evening sessions.

Tickets are available from online and in person from and Beverley Tourist Information.

James Harper festival organiser explained;

“Last Year, the Beverley Christmas Festival was one of our favorite beer festivals! We were amazed at how many people came from far and wide to come along and join in the fun.”

“We think this year’s Christmas festival will be no different and festival goers can expect a good mix of excellent ale & cider, food, live acts and a few Christmas tunes just to get people in the mood.”

“Also back by popular demand we have been able to source an additional batch of the festival tankards. So if people missed out on getting one back in early October you have another chance but this will be the last opportunity.”

The festival opens at 5.30 on Friday 21st November for the first ticketed evening session with last orders at 11.00pm and then open Saturday afternoon 12.00noon until 6.00pm and then the second ticketed evening session from 6.30 – 11.00pm
