Goals from Matty Littlefield, Mike Hewitt and man of the match Phil Skitt left gaffer Terry Jackson positively purring about his side, he said;
“Everybody was brilliant, every single man put in a good shift, and I can’t ask for anything more.”
Next up for the Lord Nelson is a trip to Burden Road where they will face the Humber Colts a match Jackson is confident his side can win, he added;
“If we play like we did today, then they will pose no threat to us. I also have Danny Cattle back and new signing Ash Grayston, so we will be even stronger.”
