David Boynton – Your Conservative Candidate

I have lived in the Beverley Area for most of my life. I went to school at St Mary’s and then onto Longcroft. I then attended Beverley College and Hull University. I now work locally for the Health Service.

As a local I feel I can relate to concerns and suggestions which may be raised in the area relating to all residents, young and old. I hold Beverley in high regard as this is a well- known area to myself and my family and an area in which I grew up as a child.

I am very interested in working towards making the most of the areas potential for all the residents who live here.

I feel I can offer knowledge on the younger groups of people in the area and the suitability of plans aimed at them. This is because I am a fairly young person myself. I am also interested in listening to what the older generation have to say.

My main interest is trying to reduce waste in the Town Council whilst offering services the residents really want and need whilst also promoting Beverley in a positive light to visitors. I am also interested in the history of Beverley and wish to preserve its historical aspects for future generations.

Main points for standing-

Do we really need an £80,000 Sculpture Park in Library Gardens? I say No.

Do we need to increase the Mayor’s Allowances? I say No.

I am all for investment in the Town but investment in projects people want, need and ask for.

I promise that I will, if elected, on August 15th, work very hard for you, the residents of St Mary’s East Ward.
